Acknowledgements
Because of the nature of this research, there has been a need to sometimes reach out to people for help. Many wonderful people have been so helpful, that it would be remiss of me not to mention them.
AGWP will forever be grateful for their help and interest. At some point in the not distant future, I will put up a list of these great people. In the mean time, I want them to know that people like them are the ones who enable history to come off the dusty shelf and into the light of our focus.
The history of yesteryear only lives tomorrow because people of today search for it.
