The war to end all wars produced some of the best poetry in history. Australian Great War poetry is part of the Great War canon, and Australian Great War poets wrote some wonderful poetry. This Armistice Day will recognise the 100 year anniversary of the actual armistice, and as a result, AGWP will be posting a few poems to help recognise the poets who wrote the verse that so characterised Australia during the Great War. This event will be held on the Australian Great War Poetry facebook page, and hosted by the founder of AGWP; Dominic P.G. Sheridan
